The manufacturing 84NKITB 6 piece nylon tube brush Kit is designed for internal bore, tubing, drilled holes and cylindrical cavity cleaning. Nylon filaments can be used to deburr and blend edges on newly manufactured or drilled pieces as well as be used for surface preparation for welding, adhesives, paints and laminations. The nylon filaments can be used to remove rust, scale, burn marks and tool marks without compromising bore geometry and can be used in almost all cleaning solvents and mild acids without damage. The 84NKITB Kit includes one each of MFG's 84N500, 84N562, 84N625, 84N750, 84N875, and 84N1000 with brush diameters of ½ ”, 9/16 “, 5/8 “, ¾ “, 7/8 “ and 1 “ respectively. The Kit comes with a carabineer for ease of storage. The 84 Series brushes feature a galvanized steel, single stem, single spiral handle with a ring at the end to facilitate manual use. The brush can be used in a reaming motion or turned in a clockwise fashion. Never use in counterclockwise motion. 。 。 。
